Engr. Lijayan ranked 6th on the February 2024 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination. He is a Batch 2019 RA 7687 scholar of the Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) and a graduate of the Technological University of the Philippines Visayas (TUPV).
