The Regional Ethics Monitoring Board VI (REMB VI), through the Committee on Information Dissemination, Training, and Advocacy (CIDTA) held a two (2) separate online campaign drive on health research and ethics for Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology (NONECOST) and Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U).
Both activities aimed to inform the participants about the program and activities of the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB) and the Regional Ethics Monitoring Boards (REMBs) in ensuring ethical standards in health and health-related research.
NONECOST and ISAT U are now in the process of organizing their respective Research Ethics Committees (REC). They will also be closely coordinating with REMB VI to fulfill other requirements for ethics training and accreditation.
