We are pleased to invite students, academicians, researchers, inventors, and innovators to join the 2017 Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE) with the theme “Invention and Innovation for the People.” Six categories and a couple of awards for the best output created is up for grabs to showcase the ingenuity of Filipino.
