LGU San Dionisio acquires E-Nutribun, sterilized milk for children’s nutrition project

A total of 2,500 pcs of E-Nutribun was turned over to the Local Government Unit (LGU) San Dionisio, Iloilo, September 27. The E-Nutribun was formulated by the Department of Science and Technology – Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) to address the daily micronutrients of Filipino children.

The supplier, Waffle Time’s sister company Orchard Valley Inc, donated 500 packs of sterilized milk. The E-Nutribuns and milk were distributed to 23 Department of Education (DepEd) schools in the municipality.

This is part of the activity for the Community Empowerment thru Science and Technology (CEST) Project in LGU San Dionisio to promote health and nutrition in the municipality.(DOSTVI-KMU)
