The Western Visayas Health Research and Development Consortium-Research Management Committee (WVHRDC-RMC) backs health researchers to submit proposals for funding through an online orientation activity.

With this orientation activity, the WVHRDC aims to promote DOST-PCHRD’s and WVHRDC’s call for proposals and to encourage more researchers in the region to submit their proposals for possible funding.

The orientation began with an introduction of the R&D priority areas of DOST-PCHRD and the Regional Unified Health Research Agenda (RUHRA) of Western Visayas. Then, the proposal preparation guidelines and documentary requirements were discussed based on DOST’s     Grants-in-Aid (GIA) Program Guidelines.

There were 64 participants coming from various member institutions who attended the activity.
