Sunburst Balay Tablea offers locally-blended with distinct quality chocolate made of cacao beans to DOST Secretary Fortunato T. de la Peňa and other DOST officials in his project visit at Cabatuan, Iloilo. These beans are harvested from highlands of Iloilo where native brewers, dubbed as cacao masters, have handed-down their expertise from one generation to the next.
