The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office VI (DOST VI) is now recommended for Maturity Level II under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), Bronze Award by the Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI (CSC RO VI) on February 27, 2025.

Over the three-day assessment from February 25-27, 2025, a thorough review was conducted by the CSC RO VI based on the four core HR systems namely, recruitment, selection and placement, learning and development, performance management, and rewards and recognition.

PRIME-HRM enhances HR systems, practices, and competencies in government agencies and ensures HR maturity aligned with global standards.
