Lonoy Agriventure Corporation embraced the opportunity to boost its aquaculture ventures through training on Single Oyster Technology on January 23-24, 2025, emphasizing its potential to improve productivity, enhance oyster quality, and reduce harmful environmental impact.

Conducted by Dr. Ma. Junemie Hazel Lebata-Ramos of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center, Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD), the training equipped participants with the essential knowledge and skills to implement this sustainable and innovative method. The training included a comprehensive lecture, an engaging workshop, and an on-site pond assessment.

Participants expressed their enthusiasm, emphasizing how this initiative aligns with their goal to diversify and innovate in aquaculture. With the guidance and support from SEAFDEC and DOST VI, Lonoy Agriventure Corporation is determined to elevate its contribution to the local seafood industry while championing sustainable practices in aquaculture.
