DOST Regional Office VI extends its heartfelt congratulations to the 219 undergraduate students from Western Visayas who have successfully qualified for the 2024 Junior Level Science Scholarship (JLSS) Program!
As JLSS scholars, you are about to unlock a wide array of scholarship benefits, including:
1. A monthly stipend of β±8,000
2. Up to β±40,000 annually for tuition and other school fees (for those studying in private institutions)
3. β±10,000 each academic year for learning materials and connectivity allowance
4. β±10,000 thesis grant
5. Graduation allowance
6. One economy-class roundtrip fare per year (for those studying outside their home province)
7. Group health and accident insurance
Qualified applicants will receive a Notice of Award (NOA) through their registered email, which will include essential information regarding the orientation and the signing of the scholarship agreement.
For those marked with an asterisk (*), your notices will also include a list of documents that require resubmission.
