Representatives from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Capiz Provincial Science and Technology Office (PSTO) conducted site visits to community beneficiaries in Panitan and Pres. Roxas, Capiz under the Community Empowerment thru Science and Technology (CEST) Program.

DOST Capiz visited a total of six (6) barangays, namely, Brgy. Capagao, Brgy. Tinigban, and Brgy. Timpas in Panitan and Brgy. Bayuyan, Brgy. Badiangon, and Brgy. Ibaca in Pres. Roxas to monitor the utilization of the technologies and equipment as well as to offer assistance, as needed by the beneficiaries.
