3 SETUP iFund projects undergo MOA signing

Three firms in Iloilo City who are beneficiaries of the Department of Science and Technology Region VI’s (DOST VI) Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program Innovation-Enabling Fund (SETUP iFund) officially inked Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) to avail of the aforementioned project and funding assistance.

The beneficiaries are Ilobiz Solutions, Inc., Think About Cakes Bakery, and Belverim Foods Corporation who are the main focus of their respective SETUP iFund projects, namely, “Product Quality and Process Improvement for Post Processing of Image for Ilobiz Solutions, Inc.”, “Product Process and System Improvement for Think About Cakes Bakery”,  and “Product, Process and System Improvement for Belverim Foods Corporation”.

A total of fifteen desktop computers are set to be provided to Ilobiz Solutions, Inc. in order to help the firm improve its product quality as well as speed up its image post-processing operation.

Meanwhile, Think About Cakes Bakery and Belverim Foods Corporation are preparing to receive a variety of culinary equipment plus packaging and labeling materials to improve the quality of products, processes, and systems.

As of this writing, the three projects have yet to release funds for obtaining all the stated equipment and materials.
