Aklan PSTC hosts 2nd SETUP forum and orientation

The Department of Science and Technology Region VI (DOST VI) Aklan Provincial Science and Technology Center (PSTC) conducted its second Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP) forum and DOST VI programs and projects orientation which was held in Malay, Aklan.

The activity is the second out of the six planned SETUP forums and orientations which is a way for the PSTC to continuously disseminate information about DOST VI’s programs and services and solidify relationships with the local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Planning to cover various other municipalities in Aklan, the PSTC collaborated with the Local Government Units (LGUs) in Malay, Nabas, and Buruanga to organize the activities.

After two SETUP forums and orientations going as planned, the Aklan PSTC hopes to inspire and support MSMEs in the pursuit of scientific and technological innovations for their respective firms’ development and advancement. (KJRGagajena/NABFactuar/DOSTVI-KMU)
