To provide efficient delivery of agribusiness-related programs and services to the OFWs, the Department of Science and Technology Region 6 will launch the Agri-Negosyo Para sa OFWs on April 21, 1:30 PM via Zoom and Facebook Live.

The Agri-Negosyo Para sa OFWs is a one-stop shop of information and menu of agriculture and agribusiness-related programs and services of the various agencies all under one roof. It also offers full-service information to OFWs in terms of starting an agribusiness, provides investment opportunities, assists in crafting business plans and studies, facilitates access to financing programs, trainings, available technology, and rebuilds network and linkages in all stages of the agriculture value chain.

The Agribusiness-related programs and services of different government agencies will cover on the following topics:

1. Starting and operating an agribusiness;

2. Building entrepreneurial capabilities;

3. Technology available for commercialization;

4. Financing facilities; and

5. Marketing and promotion.
