The DOST-Metals Industry Research and Development Center (DOST MIRDC) focused on mass production and distribution of medical face shields, in collaboration with partner organizations and material donors. The Face Shield for the People in the Frontline Project aims to augment the shortage in the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE).
