ILOILO CITY, Feb. 7, 2018 — Odessa Estrevillo from West Visayas State University together with other enthusiastic qualifiers for 2017 Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute’s (DOST-SEI) Junior Level Science Scholarship (JLSS) sign their contracts with their parents for the said scholarship. In Western Visayas, a total of 291 out of 469 third-year college students enrolled in various S&T courses qualified for the DOST-SEI JLSS.
